It was great to meet with my new team of Prefects today. They had lots of ideas of how to improve the school. My job was to provide the chocolate. I am really looking forward to working with them this year.

The Purcell Sri Lanka team got their fundraising off to a great start by performing Christmas Carols at the Harlequin Centre and Charter Place in the centre of Watford last week, raising a total of £650!

Congratulations to Mackenzie Kavanagh who, on Sunday 28th October, competed in the Regional Final of Open Mic UK 2012 in front of a live audience and was selected by a panel of industry judges to go through to the Area Final. She is now just one step away from the Grand Final at the 02!…

Our new minibus, purchased over the summer, returned today with the new school logo – and very smart it looks too. (Sadly, only a Headmaster could get excited by a new logo on a minibus.)
